Advanced Filters

For complex queries beyond what the quick filter bar supports, use Advanced Filters.

Access

Click Advanced Filter in the filter bar or use the keyboard shortcut ⌘⇧F.

Filter Builder

Build queries with AND/OR logic:

• Field → Operator → Value
• Combine with AND, OR, NOT
• Group conditions with parentheses

Saved Advanced Filters

Save any advanced filter configuration just like a regular saved filter. They appear in the filter dropdown for reuse.

Export from Filtered View

Any inventory view resulting from a filter can be exported directly to CSV, JSON, or Excel via the Export button.
