Exporting Dashboards
Available Formats

How to Export
- Open a dashboard.
- Click Export in the toolbar.
- Select the format.
- For PPTX: optionally choose which components to include as slides.
- For PDF: choose page size and orientation.
- Click Download — the file saves to your browser.
What Is Included
Exports include:
- Dashboard title, generation date, and the active filter values.
- All data visible in the rendered dashboard.
- For PPTX: embedded chart screenshots.
Note: Exports use the data as of the moment you run the export. If the underlying inventory changes afterward, re-export for an updated file.
Automated Delivery
Admins can set up scheduled delivery of dashboards via email to stakeholders on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. Configure via the dashboard’s Schedule tab.
