Templates
Diagram templates are pre-configured diagram setups you can reuse when creating new diagrams.
Using a Template
- Click New Diagram
- In the template step, browse available templates
- Select one and click Use Template
- The new diagram is pre-populated with objects, layout, and styling from the template
Built-in Templates

Creating a Template from an Existing Diagram
- Open a diagram you want to save as a template
- Click Diagram Settings → Save as Template
- Give the template a name and description
- Optionally select which layers and objects to include
- Click Save
The template is saved to your project and available in the template picker for all users in the project.
Managing Templates
View and delete saved templates via Settings → Diagram Templates.
