Audit Log

Every change to an object, diagram, or report is recorded in the audit log — providing a complete history for compliance and traceability.

What Is Recorded

• Object creation and deletion
• Property value changes (old → new)
• Relationship creation and deletion
• Diagram changes (object added/removed/moved)
• Comments and review decisions
• User and timestamp for every action

Accessing the Audit Log

Every object, diagram, and report has a History tab showing its audit log. The project-level audit log (all changes across all objects) is available to admins via Settings → Audit Log.

Retention

Audit logs are retained per your subscription’s data retention policy and are exportable for compliance reporting.

Filtering

Filter the audit log by:

• Object type
• User who made the change
• Date range
• Action type (create, update, delete)
