Exporting Data

Inventory Export

1. Go to Inventory
2. (Optional) Apply filters to scope the export
3. Click Export
4. Choose format: CSV, JSON, or Excel
5. The file downloads immediately

Full Model Export

For a complete backup or handoff:

1. Go to Settings → Export
2. Select Full Model Export
3. Choose format (JSON recommended for full fidelity)
4. Includes all objects, relationships, diagrams, and metadata

Scheduled Export

Admins can configure a scheduled export to run weekly and upload to an S3-compatible storage endpoint.
