User Management
Inviting Users
- Go to Settings → Users
- Click Invite User
- Enter their email address
- Select their role (see Roles below)
- Click Send Invite
They receive an email with a link to set up their account.
Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Viewer | Can view all objects and diagrams in the project |
| Editor | Can create, edit, and delete objects |
| Admin | Full access including user management and settings |
| Super Admin | Tenant-wide access across all projects (org-level) |
Removing Users
Admins can remove a user from a project via Settings → Users → [User] → Remove. Removing a user does not delete their created objects.
SSO Users
Users authenticated via SSO are provisioned automatically on first login and cannot be managed manually — their role is set in the SSO assertion.
