Reviews
Reviews are formal approval workflows attached to diagrams or objects. Use them when architectural decisions need sign-off from stakeholders.
Creating a Review
- Open a diagram or object
- Click Request Review in the action bar
- Add one or more reviewers
- Set a deadline
- Add context notes
- Click Submit for Review
Reviewers receive a notification and can approve, request changes, or reject.
Review States

pending | Awaiting review |
approved | Reviewer signed off |
changes_requested | Reviewer asked for modifications |
rejected | Reviewer rejected |
Review History
All review activity (submissions, decisions, comments) is recorded in the object’s audit log.
